To meet demands of regulatory agencies for fractank secondary containment, we offer 24,000 gallon EconoTanks sized to hold 110%of standard fractanks capacities. Unlike conventional berms that contain only limited leakage or spills, EconoTanks are designed to fully protect the site from spillage. Larger EconoTanks for secondary containment of multiple fractanks are also available for rent or purchase.

A typical example of EconoTank versatility is shown in the photos at left illustrating two rental EconoTanks nested to provide primary and secondary containment. Secondary liners were fitted to both tanks for additional protection against the extremely hazardous liquid. A floating cover sealed the contents of the primary tank while a customized canopy with access hatches kept the secondary containment area, free of debris and rainwater. Through-the-wall inlet/outlet flange type fittings with expansion joints connected both tanks to external piping.
